Well youre obviously offended by this site enough to bother coming on here to make a tragic little dig like that. If you want bland and benign, you could just stick to DATM you know. Not having the cherries to post under the name we'd all know you by... Thats pretty tragic too. Again, I'm not offended. I find it funny! Well, except when the conspiracy theory nonsense veers into dangerous territory - and you, Capt, seem to be the lone voice of reason on the COVID thread, to which I doff my cap. Now, take a long breath... and calm. Most discussions on here have an array of opinions. What were not getting on here is huge insult laden fall outs, endless bitchy comments and people being 'outraged' because they've read an opinion they dont agree with. Its becoming like the politics board on DATM was, but without all the shite that came with it. So labelling it as some far right wing mouthpiece is just absurd. Why not drop the pride, stop hiding behind that name and have the confidence to be who you are, and contribute rather than the silly little digs? . If you can do that in a decent way no one will have a problem with you.

.a very selective and flawed interpretation of some of the statistics. Either you know this, deep-down, or you've just been completely radicalised. They're factual figures on a table. Sorry the FACT doesn't meet your agenda. I haven't "fallen for" anything. I "dO mY Own ReSEarCh", don't rely on the "msm", know how to use Tor and DuckDuckGo to get around the "censoring", remain sceptical of any single source of information, dig into medical journals and check out the credentials of the "experts", talk to friends and family in healthcare - on the "front line", so to speak - and question EVERYTHING. I "follow the money" (Cough, Koch, cough); I then use my critical thinking skills, my ability to analyse contradictory information and my (degree-level) knowledge of statistics, discuss my interpretation with bona-fide experts in the field - whose background and experience I've researched and verified - and take it from there. I'm a sheep, me. TLDR; I don't get my views on COVID from Telegram. Yet you'll still be queueing up for your no long term testing, immunity from prosecution for the manufacturer, quarterly clot shot, if you make it to the next jab without suffering a heart attack or stroke. To protect you from what? It doesn't stop you catching or spreading a mild cold. The reason this is dying out is because 2 years plus in, the low hanging fruit has been picked off and now, with a highly contagious, weak variant, huge numbers of people have caught this mild cold variant in a short space of time and finally, we've achieved what 140,000,000 does of clot shot couldn't do, ...... developed herd immunity naturally. By the way, the only logins on DATM to use "TLDR" are @hukkas (deleted), @skylarking and @pawsterrier. I suspect it's the same poster.

Doesn’t surprise me. GOvErN Me HaRDeR DaDdy!

You're a lost cause, another "victim" of the all-powerful anti-vaxx lobby; most of whose spurious claims are as easy to debunk as it is to prove that Santa Claus doesn't exist, that gravity is a thing or that the Earth ain't flat. The idea that people who get vaccinated are some sort of political stooge is laughable. It's pathetic. You talk of people "smart enough"; what you really mean is "naive enough". You're just pissing in the wind with this, and it's almost sad to see. Back in your box, Marcus.

Please grow up or go back to DATM if you can't understand the difference between vaccine skepticism, in the context of Covid, and the "all-powerful anti-vaxx lobby". The phrase "all-powerful anti-vaxx lobby" is hilarious in itself. That's a conspiracy theory on a new scale, as it goes. Where do you stand on Vaccine passports? They were a conspiracy this time last year.

Didn't know where to put it, couldn't be arsed with a new thread so Today's it is.
Just tried watching that Licorice Pizza. Imagine the shoes on the other foot. About a 25 year old woman who basically grooms a 15 year old boy. Roles reversed and folk would be having a field day.
It's like Hollywood purposefully take the piss with stuff like this.

Please grow up or go back to DATM if you can't understand the difference between vaccine skepticism, in the context of Covid, and the "all-powerful anti-vaxx lobby". Oh, I understand alright. I see right through you and your ilk. I fucking see you. The phrase "all-powerful anti-vaxx lobby" is hilarious in itself. That's a conspiracy theory on a new scale, as it goes. Ha, you conspiracy theorists are funny. Your "vaccine hesitancy" is nothing to do with conspiracy theories, but the idea that YOU are the one being played is dismissed out of hand as something altogether different. Selective tin-hattery. Absolutely transparent. Where do you stand on Vaccine passports? They were a conspiracy this time last year. Where do I stand? The term "vaccine passports" is deliberately provocative and misleading, to try to get a rise from feeble-minded, slack-jawed loons like yourself. In reality, it's just rudimentary infection control. Big event - don't be spreading a virus unnecessarily. No more, no less. It's only something sinister if you imagine it to be so, or buy into the grift about the virus being somehow insignificant - and it isn't insignificant, whatever way you try to spin the numbers. Shameful behaviour, to be honest. You wouldn't fuck around without protection if you had an STD, would you? Actually, don't answer that. If someone wants to refuse the vaccination, fine. You just don't get to go to large-scale events that put people at risk. It ain't restricting freedoms, it's just expecting the selfish and/or misguided (my words) to own their decisions, for the general health and wellbeing of others. And their immuno-compromised partners they go home to. Or the Cancer-stricken relative they have to drive to the hospital a couple of days after The Game. Or their HIV-positive mate. Or....well, the concept of virus transmission and exponential growth is lost on so many people, it's just not funny.
