The 'on record' results are pretty limiting. Ours go back to the mid-1600's, but were very limited in scope. Having sufficient data to estimate global temperatures only really kicked off in 1880. And there has been some controversy over the location of weather stations (eg 'heat island' influence). Tree rings can give an indication of the climate a long time ago, but I doubt they can yield accurate temperature results.

The lairs who create fear over the climate are told to do so by their funders, just as the Government pay Sage to only look at worst case scenarios, which will create the most fear. Without exaggerating these things to create fear, these "expert scientists" would be unemployed. |

The hottest recorded temperature in Europe was 48oC, in Athens in 1977, 45 years ago. It has never been hotter since, even though Sicily tried to claim it recently, but could not be confirmed by any reliable source. There's always a scam and twist about all these shock weather stories. The fun is seeing the lie and deliberately misleading wording. |

It's lucky they rebranded "GlObAl WaRmInG" to Climate change, so they were covered no matter what.
Turkey, Greece, all under heavy Global Warming drifts.
If the weather doesn't stay perfectly the same, which it's impossible to do, the Project Fear is still justified.

This is going to be the next manufactured world crisis, following on in the wake of the wu-flu! They are already putting every extreme natural weather event down to it. I've also heard rumours that when wu-flu has ceased to terrify us, then there will be 'climate lockdowns' to come. Gotta keep the great unwashed in a state of terror dontcha know!  |
