Everyone knew it was too big a jump for Schofield and too soon, but he was cheap and a good get out clause for Hoyle, after he lost CC for going back on his world of pushing the team forward.

CC got wind of LOB and Toffs going and knew sod all money was available for incoming signings, so threw in the towel instead of ruining his reputation.
