Lot of people I follow in Twitter in the golfing demographic are very complimentary about the use of CBD oils. Not tried it myself, but might, just to see if there's any positive effect on my physical and mental health

I take Vitamins D plus K2, C, and Zinc, plus CBD Oils. Everyone should be taking Vitamins D and K2 at least just now. There is no excuse not to now given that one study last year revealed 80% of Covid hospital admissions were low on it.
I have posted this numerous times now, in addition to his videos on govt inaction on Vitamin D.

THC oil and I have the best sleep at night's. That the same as CBD oil Halifax? CBD oils are very low on THC, which is the cannabinoid that gets you high. There are more than 100 different types of cannabiniod, only one of which contains THC. Marijuana, of course, contains it. Taking CBD oils will NOT therefore lead to you failing a drugs test, despite some bullshit claims to the contrary. I'm not sure what HT is taking, but THC can make you sleepy, which can be especially beneficial for sick people who are in a lot of pain.

Thanks mate.
I am aware of THC and it’s effects so I’m guessing what HT is talking about won’t be found on the shelves of your local Boots store.

Thanks mate. Most CBD products still have some THC content but very little. If you have a greenhouse, you can buy seeds high in CBD, such as "Gorilla Glue", which is auto flowering and auto sexing, so all plants are female and all will flower within 12 weeks, no matter what the light pattern. The numerous conditions CBD is useful for is eye watering, but for fear of everyone getting too high to function in life, the establishment have shied away until recently. Personally, I take "immune 4" at the moment, which is similar to the ones Londontown mentions, comprising of a mix of Selenium, Vit D K2, Zinc and Vit C. A 3 month supply is less than a tenner on Ebay, from UK producers.

THC oil and I have the best sleep at night's. That the same as CBD oil Halifax? It's got all the components of weed if you will. I've never been one for smoking it tbh. Got onto it when I had a serious injury about 2 years ago. CBD I did for a little while to get over the anxiety part with not working and feeling like shite tbh and unable to do normal stuff at first. Took THC and yes, you'll fail a drug test if work require them off you, it will soon be legal I reckon anyway d rightly should be. It helped pain episodes whilst having surgery on my shoulder and did everything CBD did, it just make you alot more mellow and gives ya eyes some serious glass looking type. If you don't get tested at work and have any form of injury or long standing pain, back pain etc, try it. It's bloody good. I don't do it all the time, just if I fancy a nice sleep and have had a long shite dy here and there.

I do recommend the Millions sweets 600mg ones. My missus found them in my wardrobe and thought they were normal sweets, I came home to a woman completely zoned out pissing herself laughing.

Tumeric + with added Vitamin C
Not sure if I've benefited tbh - been taking it a year or so.
Only way to know is to stop taking it I suppose
Other than that I take a lot of fruit & water daily ;-)

Been taking vit C with zinc for years and really believe it has helped minimise the effect of seasonal colds and viruses. This year after reading some of the stuff written about vitamin D and Covid I have been taking this for the past month or so. So far so good.
I also believe that fermented foods like kimchi and sauerkraut are an excellent way of boosting your bodies natural defences. Kimchi scrambled eggs are delicious 😋

Or maintain a properly balanced diet and get all the vitamins and nutrients you need without having to blow the bank and become reliant on tubs of supplements just to keep on the straight.

You say that, but they're so cheap now, it's a no brainer and a good way of ensuring you're getting the required RDA of everything. My "Immune 4" is under £5 for 120 tablets, or 2 month's worth. Aldi multivitamins are peanuts.
