Thats the mindblowing stupidity of it. that it isn't just the USE of the word that she finds offensive if its being used toward a person with dwarfism... its the word itself. So in her mind, even using the word in a totally acceptable way ( such as midget gems ) is now unacceptable. And companies are so utterly shit scared of being accused of some sort of discrimination , even in such an obviously stupid way, that they meekly just go along with it and change their brand name. Really wish these morons would just take a fucking day off. Or get a life or just kill them fucking selves. Never had a problem in the lives so invent some. You are a midget, a midget, its a word....not a death sentence. Seems she managed to become a Doctor....discrimination e? PISS OFF.

I was sat near to Rod Belfitt at a Town reserve game in the mid-70s and was quite surprised even then to see him puffing away on the fags. As a teenager in the 70’s I’ve seen Bobby Campbell finish his pint in the Peacock on Leeds Road and walk out with a packet of 20 in his hand and head up to the ground to play ! I watched him have 2 and walk down from town to play.

In betting shops i would regularly sit and bet with Geoff Hutt, Frankie and Bobby Campbell I've got a photo of Frankie holding my lad at the back of the South Stand, Jamie had no idea who he was, and probably won't remember it - even if I showed him the picture. He was totally obliging when I asked if he had time for a photograph - a true legend of the club. Nice to see you still posting buddy. 4am here....going through hell every moment. i have not slept more than 2 hours straight since Feb. Last meal was Sept 24th in Gdansk. Assisted suicide must be legalised.

My dad used to regulalry stand at the end of the bar in the Dusty Miller with Jeff Hutt. Met plenty of players, mainly when we were doing the stuff with Bailey, and afterwards with the NSL. Played golf out here with a society which Mark Halsey plays regularly - he seems a good bloke, 1st time I met him was post lockdown, he went to shake my hand and I asked "are we ok to do that" "course we fucking are!!" he replied. In betting shops i would regularly sit and bet with Geoff Hutt, Frankie and Bobby Campbell

So ill. Made India....no-one on the planet would believe it. Train delayed 2 hours at York. Kings X picked up the passport from the agent by courier. Jumped in the VIP mini-bus for Heathrow. Never saw Heathrow, VIP lounge and then straight to the plane. We were that short of time. Business class bed....then HELL. 1 hour Indian immigration and then THREE hours in a filthy car par underground having 2 PCR tests. Thousands milling about. Nowhere to lie down. Cops came because i sneaked out of the airport to nap in the car. VIP taxi disaster...never came and we ended up in a tiny Suzuki. He went the wrong way 5 times and 1.30 hours turned in to 3 hours I genuinely thought i would die in the cab. I could not have made the trip alone. Beachfront bungalow for the sunset.....then a fucking rave party until 6am Just finished now. I have days guys and i send love and thank you all....just typing this is pure agony. Otium.

By vulnerable do you mean the under-40s with just 4000 deaths in 2 years? We try to protect the elderly and very sick in flu season. I f the vaccines worked i would demand them also... but they dont.....so i wont. Very soon we will reach 80-85% immunity from those naturally immune and those that have had it and that will lead to herd immunity. There will be mini-spikes forever... and deaths, but the deaths annually will shrink and will never again reach 400 a day (acceptable knowing its largely 85 years olds). Spread now is GOOD news. Deaths are atill falling but that does not fit the narrative. I ask you. At the peak were hospitals overwhelmed? Were all ventilators used? Were cemeteries piling bodies up? Is 150,000 deaths in two years of people with an average age 82 a real pandemic? I purport the answer to all these is all clearly "NO". If you haven't, by now, accepted the significant effect the vaccines have had on hospitalisations and deaths - then I really don't know what to say to you. Are you Van Tam? He said "millions in the UK"...remarkable when before we got the vaccine we had just 100,000 deaths in a year and a half.

It would, but it would be finding it much much harder to spread. I dont see any argument that the vaccines dont massively reduce cases and the severity of them. My concern with the unvaccinated isn't particularly their health. Barely any of them will get seriously ill never mind die. Its that those not being vaccinated gives the people who are seemingly desperate to lock everyone down an excuse to do it. You can see it in their panicking.. this idea that almost all of them..5 million maybe, will all get omicron at the same time which will cripple the NHS with a tsunami of patients... so we must lockdown to stop it happening. As irrational and silly as that is to me anyway.. without the unvaccinated in the equation it might even be irrational and silly to them too. Maybe! This is where your argument is falling down. Less severity on catching the disease....this is tied to the individual deciding to have the jab or not. Transmission is different. They claimed up to 95% effectiveness on severity AND transmission as they rolled it out. We KNOW the flu jabs effectiveness can be as low as 30% from year to year!! In terms of transmission knowing this number is vital. If efficacy is as low as 50% (as is currently suggested) then the vaccine as a medium to stop transmissions is near worthless. We are giving medicine to healthy people...and that is simply not right. It certainly devalues the 30,000 flu deaths annually.

Remember the nurses crying footage? The 10 staff all suited up like space men? The containers chilling bodies outside Birmingham general? Thursday night pan bashing. A big fat nothing.
